its not new...ive been reading the series from issue one...but it seems that his primary nen ability is to become increasingly fruitier as the days go by ( i wouldn't be suprise dif he offered to blow the king's tail)...and this stagnation is killing me. i hope they kill that cell clone soon. on his way to the other people , thats what makes this chapter so important, that he could not beat someone and ended up running away from it instead of conquering it showing that he is unsure of himself
