whoever said that they are the only genin in sand village? they were the only genin that qualified for the chuunin exam that doesnt mean they were the only genin in sand village. you could do it like this. team leader: shikamaru 3 Genin: Naruto, Gaara, Neji. would probably be close to the strongest if you dont include kabuto and haku.
Agreed, Neji for taijutsu (and obviously alot of other great shit he can pull from his sleeves), gaara for ninjutsu(defensive AND offensive),and Naruto is fux around no jutsu with demon fox powers.
