Uh Sasuke almost dying before sakura's eyes has happened before so obviously that won't change for her (i.e. with gaara, she jumped in the way, with the Oro fight in the forest) dosn't seem like that would change her
I don't particularly like Sakura myself. However, I have to believe she is there for a reason. She is only 12 after all, and she might be a late bloomer. Maybe they could seal a demon inside her, and she could become strong because of that. Let's see how things unfold. She could eventually mature, grow out of her boy craze phase, and become someone loveable and dependable. Again, I don't like her with her current state.
