when stuff gets licensed

Yea, some groups still sub the series after it gets licensed. Best examples of this would be One Piece and Inuyasha.

And if no fansub continues it... there are also DVD ripping groups that make releases in dual audio with subtittles

Like the others said, yeah its possible to get an undubbed series. I just downloaded one as well. Rockman.EXE got licensed (it became MegaMan NT Warrior in English) but I was able to get it. Boxtorrents had all 56 episodes available in one batch. Took me 2 days just to download the whole thing
This fantastic Sousuke sig was made by the one and only Lucifus! Thanks man!

how are the subs in those ones? are they fansubs?

i mean, technically fansub dist. only has to stop at the countries it is licensed in... so are there fansubbers from where licensing never ahppens?

It's still the normal fansubbers like Aone, it just becomes harder to find the series after it's lincensed since Animesuki doesn't list lincensed anime. You can find lincensed links at baka-updates.com and downloadanime.org.
