I, myself, don't even know the exact details. I don't read the manga, so this is speculation on my part too. I don't know what it looks like, I don't know how Naruto will use it, and I don't know when he'll use it. All I know is its name (which I got from this forum) and how it works. I'm on this thread to speculate, and I apoligize if anyone feels spoiled because I said it looks like chidori.

I think one of the iteresting parts of this training is to see how much stronger Naruto will get, not in particulary the jutsu as is.

Yes that is very true. I think the point of learning this technique is more about developing mental toughness than actually knowing the technique. Jaraiya is forcing Naruto to rely on himself more.
