I'm it's been in other episodes before, but that's the one that currently springs to mind. It's the one play plays when Asuma shows up and beats up the pursuers. As far as I know, it isn't on the two soundtracks (I asked a friend who has them, and he said is wasn't on them)... has it been released any other way?
If it isn't on the OST's, then I doubt it's been released in another fashion.
