I personally think Oro's summoning of the dead is the most powerful. It basically killed the 3rd by forcing him to use the 4ths death god technique. As you can see I'm not up to speed on "official" names for stuff [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]
amaterasu is the black flame technique revealed two eps ago. it hansnt even been fully shown yet.
tsukuyomi is itachis ability to take someone to his own plane of exsistance kind of. in this plane he contorls everything including time and space, in it he can inflict massive mental damage wich the body can be lead to believe is real, thus leading to real damage.

In terms of sheer strength and power, Lee's gate-opening cannot be beat. But of course that power comes with the price of death...

no i think rock lee is only able to open four not due to his abilities, but more like the way sasuke can only use chidori 3 times a day is it? as he matures he will get better as iam sure rock lee will.

probably because he didn't know how to do it...to me seems only taijutsu specialists know how to do it
