Problems with IRC

This I don't understand. I haven't gotten onto irc.rizon.net for a while, and then when I finally do try to connect to the server it gives me some crap about flooding and then kicks me off. I didn't do a thing other than connect as I usually do with Mircx. What is up? Anybody know how I can get a hold of rizon people and get myself unbanned?

And before anyone says that's its prob my fault I would like to say that even IF i knew HOW to flood IRC I wouldn't -- my anime is much to precious to me for me to even condsider jeoporidizing my fast downloads of my fav series.

So, any ideas of what on earth I could have done wrong, or what I can do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
