3. What I would reccomend is waiting 1-2 weeks and trying again. However, this time ask her to something specific, like a local festival, band, or a new movie. The specific event would give you an excuse to talk to her again, like "The Summer Festival is coming up and I was thinking of going. If things aren't too busy would you like to come with me?" If it's something she wanted to do anyway she may be like "why not?"
