    did he jack those items from an ANBU member when he kill the uchiha clan cause they all have a sword a metal vest and those arm protector thingies but he doesnt have the tattoo on his left arm

    pay attention to his left arm? i think kakashi said he was in the anbu at some point and in sasuke's flash back he was also mentioned i believe. even if i'm wrong about those points..it was mentioned before that he was a anbu leader at 13

    how do you know he doesn't have a tatoo?
    maybe the reason you couldn't see the tatoo was because his sleeves goes all the way to his elbow, and you cannot possibly see the tatoo.

    But the thing is that I cannot see that if he has it or not either, but I know that he was an ANBU captain. so that leaves only the possibility that he has it.
