If you're among the poor people who can't connect to the gotwoot tracker try BitSpirit.
Look in Options - Preferences and you will find a proxy support in the advanced area.

Also check out the "Use proxy for tracker / announce only" function.

At least one way for me to get those earlier Naruto episodes ;-)
