Hmmmm the frogs name was Iwagama..... I think when he mentioned it breathing fire... I think he was wondering his body could handle fire within his body that that black flamed fire was able to penitrate his stomach walls so it shocked the hell out of Jiriaya.

I dont think this is an advance blood techinque because I think Jiriaya would of heard of it before... I think its one of those techinques like the one dealing with the Death God (forgot the name).... no one really knows about it but a few. The reason Itachi sharingon went away was simply because it used up most of his chakra so he had to quite using it.
