Well, the part about Sasuke making her realize that she's wasting her time is probably going to happen. I read a spoiler somewhere about something that happens that might just that...I can only hope it's true (it's mean). Thing is, I don't want her to start liking Naruto, and if she does, I want Naruto to be over her. This whole thing just seems like a pre-pubescent crush thing that should eventually be gotten over. If I'm ever to have any kind of respect for Sakura as a ninja (cuz I have the utmost respect for her as a flower girl) she needs to 1) have this intense desire to get stronger, 2) take massive damage in at least a couple of fights, and 3) stop hanging from some guy's pubic hairs. Then, she'll be a respectable ninja.

The only good thing i can imagine Sakura doing is finally kicking the bucket...

maybe Itachi will kill her to make Naruto release his hidden Kyubi powers? like how Togaru did in YYH?
or maybe someone else will do her over? like how fuma did to what's her name in X-1999 to awaken irritate Kamui?

that would be really stupid if Sakure suddenly got special powers or something that made her strong. but they are similar in that each will probably influence the other becuase orochimaru in fluenced Sasuke by giving him the seal, Jiraiya made Naruto his friend, and Tsunade might do something with Sakura too.

i am correct man..naruto molds the chakara of the Demon Fox into his hands...any who naruto and sasuke will fight each other because sasuke is jealous of naruto for defeating garra in that one battle..therefore for the last move both of them will use their form of chidori and cause a collison of great power

for people who says sakura is going to be an important character.. uh... come on guys..she really has no quality for becomming an important character and is too weak... she didn't even see that it wasn't naruto when oro changed into naruto and said the password... i mean come on.. even a child should know(like konohamaru) that naruto is not good at remembering stuff like that.. and about her seeing through the genjitsu.. uh.. come on.. she only recognized when ppl around her was falling asleep..ino who was right next to her fall asleep... even i would recognize that then.. it was not like she recognized it quick.. i seriously don't understand why she didn't fall asleep when ppl around her already did... and it took her so long... i mean she had to think uh... what's going on..@_@ oh..... and then use dispel stuff.. and she's not the only one.. shikamaru did too...

and she have no special attacks anyways... and even when she is called the genjutsu specialist or whatever. when did she actually see through stuff that other ppl can see through already? i mean from the beggining..(kakashi's test with the bell) she didn't even know that it was just fake sasuke... and of course she didn't see the that it wasnt' naruto when oro changed into naruto. and okay.. i mean she can't even block a kunai(it is proved when kakashi had to save her when they were fighting sand ninjas.. okay.. the basic thing that ninja should be able to do is at least block a kunai... jeez..
and also when was she ever useful? how many times does sasuke and naruto saves her?
and sakura doesn't even have any motivation.. you never see her train... when others who failed the prelimary are working hard (ten ten, hinata... etc) and she was the one who said i m gonna be strong enough to protect naruto and sasuke rather than being protected... (when sound ninjas were attacking their group in the 2nd chuunin test)... even after that... do we ever see her train? no... not at all...

and about ino being tied with sakura. you guys have to consider that Ino was being easy on her... even sakura knew she was... and seriously when INo was so nice to her.. (making ppl not make fun of her forehead, and being her friend... )what does sakura do? betray her just becuase Ino has crush on a same guy that she like... i mean come on.. it wasn't even like sasuke asked her out or anything... did she have to say we can't be friends anymore cause we are rivals? if you ask me that was very ingrateful thing she did

she is just too lazy, and has no determination to be strong and be a important character

I totally agree with you miaka when you say she dosen't have the motivation to be an important character, she isn't, and I just don't see her gaining that much motivation..or getting that strong, the at least first think she needs is to get over Sasuke, which she seems to never do - -

I really don't like the idea of Sakura becoming strong. I also seen no resemblance with Team 7 and the 3 sannin. They were excellent ninja's at an early age, while team 7 still has lot's to learn. Sakura is too weak. Even Sasuke and Naruto are way behind of the postential that the three sannin had on their age.

heh, i know i'm going to get alot of flak for this, but i dont understand why everyone dislikes sakura? its true that she is weaker than the other two for fighting purposes, but she also doesnt have the same sort of advantages as they do. sasuke inherited the sharingan, naruto has a demon fox sealed in his belly button - of course she will look weak compared to those two. but compared to the other genin? i think she stacks up pretty well. i absolutely agree that she is weak... i just think that its a shame that she is sort of getting sidelined as "naruto's crush" rather than actually developing as a character and growing in strength.
