Nas was good, illmatic, arguably the best hip-hop record ever, but then all the rest of his cd's were either average or mediocre. I still can listen to Illmatic anytime though, still classic. Same with Mobb Deep, they still have some sick songs.
Big L is the man though - "As beavis, I get nothing 'Butt' 'Head'" thats gotta be one of the all time classic punchlines
As for Az, i haven't herd much, i've flicked through one of his cd's, i can't remember the name, i wasn't impressed. But his verse on Life A Bitch is killer.

i jus picked up the lloyd banks cd (was only 8.99 and i jus got $150 for a job) its aight, his style really grown on me after a while lol. the song with 50, em, and nate dogg is hot though. what sux is its only 55 mins i thought itd have some bonus tracks or some shit, but no.
