Bone sucks. They're really not that good, especially since you can't understand what 3/4 of them are saying.

yea immortal technique is really good, too bad guys like him never get any air play. I would rather listen to 3 of his songs than an entire 50 cent album, it's too bad people either dont know about him or dont care. kinda like talib, i think that if people cant respect an mc like him, we should just shut down the whole hip hop industry and start over. his latest album "the beautiful struggle" and his first "reflection enternal" are certainly top notch
mtv.com recently did an article on the best hip hop albums of all time, i didnt really like their list, so heres mine.
1. life after death- notorious big
2. the don killuminati- makaveli
3. the chronic- dr. dre
4. illmatic- nas
5. me against the world- 2pac
6. ready to die- notorious big
7. the eminem show- eminem
8. get rich or die tryin- 50 cent
9. 2001- dr dre
10. doggystyle- snoop dogg
whats your list?
Uhhh... hello? All Eyez on Me by 2Pac? The first double album for rap/hip-hop/r&b genre? The first rap album to go DIAMOND (10x plat)?
That's my #1.
all eyez on me was good but i already have pac on there a couple times. plus life after death is better than all eyez on me. make a list mut.
get 50 cent off of there, he makes me sick
It's hard between Life after Death and Ready to Die for me, but Biggie is most definately my favourite rapper.
yeah biggie made some great cds, both you can listen to front to back. to kardiva, i dont care if you dont like 50 himself but his debut was hot. i personally dont think 50 is the greatist rapper, but he had some great production and had some really good songs. again, itd be fun if you would make your own list, so we can compare
true true, aight, i'll try to put something together. but i'll need some time. and you're right 50 does has some good production and some hot songs. its just hard to judge rappers because there isnt always a correlation between lyrical skills and sales. personally i think that jean grae has one of the sickest albums out there right now, but hot rhymes, great beats and nice flows arent enough to get good sales? doesnt make sense
