Wow. This thread is just silly. chambers, if you're going to argue this based on what was actually said, then you need to think about it a little more clearly.

The first part is: "Example 1. All problems correct -> Your point total remains at 10"

This is the part you're ignoring. Only "problems correct" keep your point total the same. Last time i checked, "problems correct" = "problems answered correctly."

This means that the second part of the statement ("Example 2. Three problems incorrect-> Your point total is reduced to 7") implies that anything other than a correct answer is "wrong." So basically, not answering the questions = wrong.
