Dude, it says that for every question answered incorrectly that you get a point deducted from you score. THAT MEANS THAT ANY ANSWER THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE IS THEREFORE INCORRECT, IN OTHER WORDS NOT WRITING ANYTHING IS NOT THE CORRECT ANSWER, AND THEREFORE WRONG!

No, Naruto didnt know it was like that. Even IF blank answers dont deduct your total, naruto didnt even think of that. So even if he wouldve been the only one to be certain to pass, he wasnt planning on it, so it did not require him to be a "genious". He was soooo stupid that it ended up making him look smart.

no CoA i dont think my initial gues was right, iam unlike these other people here, iam not an advocate of disbelieving something that is stated in black and white. i relaise that it was wrong to say he would have passed, however iam now arguing that not answering a question DOES NOT take a point off you, so in theory according to the rules you could answer ONE question only and still pass.
