It is about a strange pet shop in Chinatown (in America) which deals in exotic and extremely rare (ie often fictional/mythological) animals. When the seller sells an animal, the buyer has to follow certain rules set by the guy who sells the animal, if the rules are broken then the seller won't accept the consequences of anything that might happen...

I think you can get it on boxtorrents, its pretty dark and original (at least original compared to what I've seen)...I've read the first 2 books of the manga and thats well good as well. Can get a bit philosophical at times (but not too much to put off anyone who isn't interested in that kinda stuff).
