If you scroll down near the bottom the batch files 1-10, 11-20, are there. If you want smaller batch's and single eps then http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/3.html has them.

You can obviously get em here at gotwoot. Also, check out Animesuki (they host all the different subs of Naruto like Bakasan or Shin-Otaku). But since you need to start from episodes 1, download them here. the Anbu/Aone sub of Naruto has high quality.

you can try toriyama's world also or dbz-media.nl has the fastest naruto ep downloads but its netpumper only, but they download in like 3 mins for me.
