Naruto's plan against Zabuza
In Naruto's fight against Kiba, when he transformed himself into Kiba to confuse Kiba and Akamaru, and then used the Naruto Combo on him.

Naruto's final fight in the Forest of Death, where he did Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and Henge'd Kabuto, Sasuke and Sakura... that was totally bad ass... then to keep it up all night... wow
I like the tactic naruto used to own sasuke in episode 3.
I would go with Kakashi fight against Zabuza on the bridge. Zabuza thought he was so in charge when Kakashi was playing him the whole time. When he called on his doggies that was so awesome.
Most of Naruto tatics are awesome and funny.... favorite was 1000 years of pain on Gaara!! OMG I laughed till I cried and was like wow so cool!!
Shikamaru faking to be asleep during the Chunnin exam was nice
