Itachi's Upline

I just watched episode 81. And it got me thinking. Who's Itachi's upline? Or who's his teacher?? Thinking at the age difference, Itachi should be somewhere between Kakashi and Naruto. So maybe his teacher could have been one of Chouji-Ino-Shika's parents age??

Could it be the torture guy who has full of stuff in his head.

Or could it be Kakashi's best friend Obito? (It can't be Kakashi, he haven't passed a single gennin). And he had thought a few recruits (I would think). But it might be Obito. Since Obito was a sharingan user, and I bet he probably was with together with Kakashi in the Anbu.

These downlines really intruige me. Especially watching Kurenai use her tree's genjetsu. She could be from the downline of the first Hokage (He also uses the tree's).

obito is really suspecious... because he is also a sharingan user. and i think these clan things work the same everywhere. like hinata's dad trains her sister. so maybe itachi was trained by an uchiha. one things for sure though, he surpassed whoever sensei he had really fast.

Itachi was probably taught by his father for a while and later by one of the instructors (like Kakashi, Kurenai, etc.) but instead by the ones of his time. Perhaps we'll find out later who his instructor was, but I don't think it's that important. He probably greatly surpassed his instructor anyways.

Question: Who is this Obito that I keep hearing about? I've seen all of the anime up to 81, and read from chapter 132 to 212....And I have no idea who this person is...

obito is one of the people who have died while serving. he is supposedly a friend of kakashi and/or one of his 4 man groups. we actually don't know anything about obito except the fact that he is dead and is a friend of kakashi's.

itachi's sensei and/or his group members haven't been explained yet. i doubt that it will. he looks like a real private guy so i think he might've just trained himself. well, he is a genius after all.

but, if obito is an uchiha, a friend of kakashi's, also in kakashi's group, and where kakashi's got his sharingan then i guess obito could possibly be a teacher to itachi... there could be some age problems though (ie. kakashi might be too young).

most likely Itachi learnt the basics from his family but he was a ninja so that means he did have a ninja teacher.
although it might not be important at all, he could have had anyone as his teacher.
We know its not Kakashi or Orochimaru because Kakashi only ever passed Naruto,Sasuke and Sakura - we know its not Orochimaru because the only genin he ever took in was Anko.

I'm so lost!! Where does it say that Obito was a sharingan user? please tell me, I've been looking for it in the manga over and over and still havn't heard anything about that obito was a sharingan user.

anyway, I think that Itachi learned jutsus and stuff from his clan and worked very hard on his own.

Some people are just born with "it" it's the same with real life some people are hereditaried with it.... Uchiha Clan is a powerful and skilled clan... I don't think he had a sensei, if he had one maybe it was an other uchiha-member

Some idiots just assume that he is because in the anime one time they think they saw a flashback of Orochimaru hitting him and he had the Uchiha Clan symbol on his back.

It was just a flashback of Kakashi getting hit, but don't tell them that.

Obito may be an Uchiha, but their has been no concrete proof of that. If he was, Kakashi might have his Sharingan eye.

There was a picture also, of the Fourth, teaching 3 students, one of them is Kakashi, a girl, and another was one guy with red sharingan eyes and he had a Uchiha symbol (I think).

So we guess Obito is that guy. Unless Obito is the girl. Or totally non-related whatsoever, for all you know, Obito could be the fourth. Although highly unlikely.

However to mention his name, it would probably have some significance. And we kinda connect the two together. Should be. Especially the Orochimaru hitting the uchiha clan symbol thingy.... It's just pure specualtion...

There was no picture EVER showing anyone with a Sharingan eye except for Kakashi, Itachi, and Sasuke. I don't know, but you must be seeing things in those little pictures. He did have a uniform that resembled Sasuke's old one, but don't read too much into that.

Kakashi's two teammates along with the mystery of his Sharingan shall remain, probably until near the end of the manga.

Chapter 122 - 16. At the bottom right, it did showed Kakashi's team mates. One of them could be Obito. But no Sharingan eye though. Probably he 'offed' it. Sorry there.
