Just wondering how much space the complete unedited originals take up. After editing out the intro songs, ending credits, previews, and most of the repetitions at the beginning of some episodes, I got mine down to 10.2gb for the ANBU-AonE versions.

well if you're just talking episodes, then mine is 13.2 gb.....although the first 50 are TW, and there's also a few bakasan and animeempire mixed in as well

13.5 naruto is taking up of my space but i love it so i dont mind at all ^_^
Cool, thanks for the answer. I usually edit out the intro/end songs after I download the episode, so I didn't know how much space the originals take up.
I didn't really do it to save space, but to save time when watching them. After all the editing, I think that it adds up to something like 5-6 hours.
That's like... the most weird thing I ever heard.Originally posted by: Pvt Joker

i don't really like listening to the intro/ending songs every time, and it's kind of a hassle having to skip them every time.
and if you watch two of them back-to-back, the beginning of the second one will occasionally have a recap of what you just watched in the first one. so i just edited that bit out. in some episodes it can be as long as 4-5 minutes.
EDIT:
episode 81 is 174mb before editing, 125mb afterwards.

I did it yesterday while watching the NBA games.
Dude, you are my hero.
I can't keep any Naruto episodes, because I only have a total of 5 Gb of space on my shitty P2 233mghz. Donate me a Gb please!!
about the same that its taking up on all of ur hd's
Mines always less than 1 gig. As soon as I get 3 eps, I back up to CD. What happens if you get infected by a vurm? What if you can't recover? You can't lose all those eps at once. It's like losing the 80 commandments.
I have 13.6gb of naruto anime.
14.9gb of naruto stuff
and 95gb of animes
about 14gb. Anime and Manga combined
496M /home/ftp/anime/naruto/
189M /home/ftp/manga/naruto/
+ 23CDs (22 Anime, 1 Manga)

Mine is around yours joker but i put mine all on disks
R.I.P Captain America.
it just seems way to impractical to burn naruto to cd......i'll just keep mine on some massive hard drives till dual layered dvds become affordable

My archives of naruto is taking 13 GO
What is your hardrive becomes corrupt or you get a virus and are forced to reformat? You lose everything. That's why I burn to cd every three episodes so I save space and have a back up.Originally posted by: AssertnFailure

i have over flowed a 40GB hard drive with all my anime
I just delete the eps after I watch them. If the ep was really good, I might keep and watch it a few extra times, but I get rid of it eventually.
