Gundam seed

I've been watching the series on Cartoon Network and I have to say it really good(even though they only showed two episodes) I always had a thing with old friends becoming enemies in animes its just cool to me, but by far the coolest thing is that they dont use those stupid beam sabers any more(after seeing them in every gundam anime, its good to see something different) they actually use real swords. So thats just me, What about you?

I think so too. The graphics are so cool and also the characters and the storyline. The boyish blond girl is just great. Have someone listened to her voice at the original version? I think it's pretty cool. n.n

Gundam Seed is 249012490481249812490812480124904812404098124 times better than the shit that is Gundam Wing.
And the best part is that Seed gets better all the time

Hmm, I don't think the DVDs for North America are out yet. I checked Bandai's website, couldn't find anything. Checked Amazon, found nothing on SEED.
I tried looking on Google but it doesn't say anything about a NA relase of Gundam SEED DVDs.
*shrugs*

Edit: Maybe I suck at the internet?

1. Beam sabers feature prominently in the battles of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. The GINNs and other Zaft mobile suits use blades, whereas the Gundams and Strike Daggers still rely on good old beam sabers.

2. Bandai Entertainment will begin releasing Mobile Suit Gundam SEED on DVD sometime this fall. I'm guessing the first volume will release around the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam boxset. If you see DVD rips on the internet, they're more than likely from R2.

Aside from SEED being a complete and total ripoff of Mobile Suit Gundam and Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, it's a great series.

actually, they will be using beam sabers, if u want to watch all of the eps and dont wanna wait for them i suggest that u dled them from boxtorrents and i personaly think that gundam wind was the best one and second would have to be seed, and if ur going to watch it anhymore dont watch in on cartoon network, bc they take all teh good stuff out of it

Wow. The shit Cartoon Network here in SE Asia. The only thing you can see on Cartoon Network close to anime is 'Samurai Jack'.

Haven't watched Gundam Wing though. But Gundam Seed is damn good.

RE: Gundam seed

Gundam Seed had better animation, but the Gundam Wing characters are a lot better than Kira Yamato and those other stupid kids.

RE: Gundam seed

i recently saw gundam seed on CN this saturday (is it only on during saturday night, i think it was that night?) it seemed pretty cool. if that was the second episode, then i missed the first.
so far im interested, but i still think that Gundam wing is still better - it had more mature characters and the gundams looked cooler, but i still have to see the rest of Seed.
