removing sounds and finding raws

Well im currently working on my newly kinda made Naruto comical series........own custommade voices for characters and own sound effects......ive already done one with Berserk and FIst of the north star (i didnt remove the sounds then) and planning now on naruto but the problem is that i need to find out how to remove sound and voice as well as where i can find the raws....

anyone now?

The way to remove sound i guess is to use Virtual Dub and make the video and audio in two seperate things.
