Considering the tens of billions of human lives that have been lived in the past thousand years, tracing the exact origins of someone saying 'woot' are probably borderline impossible. As far as contemporary slang usage goes, I would imagine it came quickly along with people communicating online (mirc, email, etc) .. the internet bred slang VERY quickly when it began to pick up steam in the consumer marketplace. Early 90s is a very good estimate, but a more precise location is probably impossible.

TW still does things? wow... by the time I was into Naruto they were at like episode 36... then I found out about anbu from animesuki and ever since i've stuck with it. I didn't really notice a difference in quality between the two, but TW used a white font and anbu yellow.

The main question isn't who has the whole set but who doesn't have the whole set.

Source: AonE-crew, they spoked about having a double-release, still I don't know the answer but don't you think it's reasonable?
