Sig help!

i have the perfect idea for my signature, but no idea how to make it.

in episode 46 about 16 and a half min into it, theres a split screen image of neji (on the top) and Hinata (on the bottom) and they're headin towards eachother. all i want is the bottom half (image of hinata) of that frame, but when i print screen it, and import it to paint, it doesnt work. all i get is a black screen.

does anyone know how to do this? or maybe wanna make one for me? i'll give you details about what i want on it if you do, but if its simple, then i bet i can do it! =) any help afterwards too about getting it onto the site would be great! getting my avitar was hard enough! lol

Use ctrl-i to take a screenie from WMP.

Thats what i did for my sig. I took a screen cap of the major falling down a building after offing some guy from GITS SAC 2nd gig ep 1.
