In the last three or so opening themes it has shown a bunch of characters first shown in the Chuunin exams (I.E. Rock Lee), even after it appears the story arc for this character has ended (I.E. Rock Lee, post Gaara) Do you guys think all these characters will be coming back? Is there a chance of us seeing the fire and intensity of youth again??
you might as well say goodbye to them now.
why wouldnt you see them again? some of them have been around back in the first 3 episodes, and since the show does revolve around konoha alot, i'd be dissappointed if they DIDNT do more with the others

Of course their coming back. People shown in the anime/manga would always make guest appearences since they've been introduced.
Unless they've been killed off or the writer just forgotten about them since they were such shitty characters to begin with.

inari's not badass....maybe if the ninjas decide that the fate of the mission depends on crying like a bitch, they'll go seek his help
he's over in some far off island though, while the other konoha kiddies live in the same village as the main character

lol...he may have started like that...but by the end, he came to the rescue...i personally like the little guy

but if you really want to know, just read the manga. it will explain a majority of short term questions that anyone has with this manga.
