I do know a few places with Chinese sub, such as http://bt.btchina.net/ -- if you can read Chinese. My own version is Chinese subbed in .rmvb format, although video quality is not good enough.

About SaiKano...although this anime tragedy is excellent, it's still not as good as it's original manga.
