just saw it, pretty wicked.
the graphic looks fine
hope the storyline fill up with excitement
but still considering to watch the whole thing or not......
I saw saw it too! Its cool cool! Ok ok quick thing, I read an article in Newtype USA on Bakutsu Tenshi and Joe's name was spelled 'Jo'. I think 'Jo' is correct but the episode is out already with 'Joe' as the spelling for her name. Someone should tell the translators... I would but I don't know how how. ((btw there's no typo I generally type like this this))
*whistles* her name is spelled "JO" in the Anime-keep version
whats wrong with Joe?
you know .... there's something wrong with this discussion. When a letter that doesn't alter pronunciation or readability is the difference people argue about between releases....
seriously. Say it with me. "Joe". Now say this with me. "Jo". Again, "Joe" "Jo" "Jo" "Joe".
I'm sorry, I just don't see the difference.
Well I vote for Yo'... Joe and Jo seem lame...
anyways... i hope we get to see some cool action scenes in this series... i dont want some romantic comedy out of this one...
I'm being told by some staff members to post this, to clarify (or muddy) the debate a bit ....
whether newtype says its "jo" or not, the official baku-ten site says its "joe"
(go to the bakuten website, enter, characters, there she is).
From what I'm being told by crew members and various people around the place conflicts. I personally conclude that both are acceptable, but newtype can go fsck itself.
i know chicks who are named joe
doesnt bother them .....
lol..so much wind around nothing more than a stupid "e" and the end. Hehe..humans are crazy. However, episode two is out as RAW. Let's see how long it takes for you guys to sub and release it.
P.S. I don't care if it's romance/comedy too, since from what I've seen so far there will be alot of action ahead.
I liked Bakuretsu Tenshi , but Joe seems to be a guy, (thinking about the body, legs, arms) etc.... what are those machines?
the series would've been much better if the three girls were men and the cook were a girl, don't you think, sorta gungrave
sorry to disagree with you here but I prefurr watching cute girls in such movies than guys cuz in my opinion guys are always acting way too cool in those Animes. They're so cool they're almost freezing to the floor and that sucks! A big YAY! for action girls
That would make a cool cool story. I'm all for it.the series would've been much better if the three girls were men and the cook were a girl, don't you think, sorta gungrave
I mean like comon, there ain't no females who can shoot a gun like that, they should've changed the characters totally... it's just hilarious, ridiculous :/... it's the female who should cook not the man, the storyline in that case is wicked.
I've got no problem with the guy being a cook. I've got several friends, including myself, who really enjoy cooking. All of them are guys. Only one of the women that I know really enjoy it.
If it were a bow and arrow, or something similar, muscle mass and strength would play an important part in using them effectively. I would expect guys to be more involved with that then women, but still not necessarily better.
To me, guns are just point and click. You still need to aim, but there is a much lower physical requirement involved. I don't see where gender should matter with those. In fact, women are supposed to have better depth perception, they may have an easier time at it.
um for those who are intrested eps 2 is out you can get the file from downloadanime.org its by lunar
facts:
the character names of the heroines came from the book "The Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott. In the book Jo(e) is a tomboy just like in this anime, Meg is the flamboyant girl and Amy was the youngest among them.

Episode 2 is out for those of you that dont know yet...
Almost every show it's the man who's shooting. I like a little change.
Can't wait for ep. 2, I'll watch it in 30 min
