it looks like the Naruto version of X-men evolution...

a few words on the naruto fanbook, unlike what it's name may imply, it's an official release from Bandai (or whoever is responisible for the manga..), it has some chapters, basic explenations about the charecters and the mangaka, a few cosplaying pictures and other drawings.
This picture appeared in the inner cover of the book, as a mini-poster, the other side was a drawing of the village from the air.

Sasuke looks like a drug-addict, Naruto looks like a juvenile delinquent with Kimimaru's hair and Sakura, well...huh, like a Valley girl to say the least.

nah im pretty sure its real, but alot of actual naruto pics have no relevence to the series itself

It was most likely drawn by Kishimoto or possibly one of his assistants. As Death BOO Z mentioned, it is included in the Official Naruto Fan Book which is published by Jump Comics.Originally posted by: battousaix

it was drawn by kishimoto for one of his naruto related books it supposed to be like a retro look for naruto
I hope they will look like that in a very soon future, they actually seem to be older then they are now.
Sasuke has a cool outfit, much better then the stuff he wears now
he drew those i think before he started even drawing the anime .
so i don't think they will ever look like that.
Naruto looks way cooler than he looks inte anime/manga.
sakura is too flat and sasuke look to much like shino.
I dunno, the crack in his hair kinda reminds me of Kimimaro......
