The floating idea was all me, don't steal my props dawg O_o
I made it somewhat dark ( especially on the side ) so i could bring more atention to her and the feathers
While I like the idea behind the joke, to be honest I don't think anyone will get it. Maybe a text clue will work, like "Only a shadow of a hero..." or something to that effect.
Rather than having a foggy feathered effect for the whole thing, maybe a few clear feathers floating down may look better. It will seem like Hitagi lost her wings and fell. Right now, it seems a bit too cluttered, but you should note that I am biased towards more simple works, so it may be just me.
Upon Arch's (I definitely prefer Arch to Archie, since it sounds cooler) suggestion, I made 2 more versions of my sig and rotated them. I plan to make one more version later.

I dunno, those hand-cuffs work quite well for me
And the idea behind that is that if people stare long enough to the sig they'll go "lol, i just noticed Araragi in the back" which would translate metaphorically to how Hitagi steals the thunder every time she's on screen

@Buff - Yeah, the sig was kind of made for Niche so it fits her the best. The lighting, text and spacing seems a little off on the other two, but that cannot be helped since the idea relies on the uniformity of the BG and text.
@Arch - I like the text you proposed. It is light and funny, and has two lines for symmetrical text placing. The only problem is how to place it on the sig without making it seem out of place. I am personally lost as to how to do that. Maybe keeping it that way is better in the end.
EDIT: I already added the 4th shinobu sig to my loli series, plus a new avatar.

Do you really need the text at all? The white/yellow stuff, not the logo.
I think if you left the logo where it is, but remove the rest of the text, the overall balance of the image would improve a lot. I'm a big proponent of negative space.

That's not what I meant.
Pardon the exceptionally crude work:
You can keep the logo small, and it adds an appropriate level of negative space. It doesn't need to get filled, it's balancing out everything else that is going on on the other side.
That leaves the open space, while your eyes get drawn toward the render in the middle-right. If you leave the text there full size, or the other text, it ends up as a distraction.

Conserning the nature of the picture (Minato Arisato x Minako Arisato)... maybe a tarot card from Persona 3 would be more appropiate

I guess it is a done deal now, but unless you have played the game (which you two obviously have) I think the effect of the words are completely lost, and it looks like just another block of crowding text.
It might boil down to separate schools of thought. I've always been of the mind that an image should be able to stand on its own without any exterior knowledge.

The guy is the main character of Persona 3, dubbed Arisato Minato. While the girl is the new main character in Persona 3 Portable, which posses the Butterly Effect idea of what if the MC was a girl. She is dubbed Arisato Minako by fans.
Their encounter shouldn't be possible... they are the one and the same... yet they aren't... they are also twins... and they aren't... and they posess the Fool Arcana, the Wild Card, which can either mean empty or full. Thus, the text.

The render, the text, the background, the logo , they're all there for a reason.
