nah its not that nara its just that the grunge effect gives a more serious feel to a wallpaper, its just that when you compare the fanart to the bg its placed on it makes neji look too cartoonish, it requires a more serious neji pic to overlay on there, and did u shrink it just for our purposes hopefully you made it at least 1024x768 big
yeah i did shrink it a bit. yeah i'll make mental note of that. compare to the original fanart i've darken the image to make it look less cartoonish but looks like it still look cartoonish [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
yea that and it looks a little out of place when you have screens of gai, tenten and rock in the bg.
@ Nara Shikamaru VI: thats pretty nice, i like the pattern in the background. i think you should use a darker picture (or darken that 1 up), or rough up the fanart so it blends in better. atm the colours are kinda out of place, but i do like that fanart. and i wouldnt use a shot from the anime instead of fanart, cos in the anime neji looks crappy imo.
youd be suprised r3n the images of neji during the naruto vs neji fight are extremely crisp and well drawn

nice terra. combining ps skills with writing skills, good thinking. is every word a seperate layer or is it line for line? i would have done the ava redish just like the pic in the sig but thats just me.
EDIT: okay so i edited my ryoma sig a little. i took out the glow on the text and the pic on the left. i also took the bg pics of echizen and put them over nanjiroh and echizen in the middle.
Oh yeah lol, I completely forgot about editing the avatar. Good idea. I'll do that now. Thanks for the compliments, I found it to be a good idea combining that stuff myself. The entire text is one layer, which I later put some blending options on.
oh ok, nice. the pic got a really nice feel of being cut out and placed on to the other stuff. like its just placed on the top of things.
