New sig or wallpaper? show it off here!

not sure if its as nice, but its something different. Wanted to cut out part of the sig to have it be a different shape but im not sure how to do that. Was going to cut out a couple parts then put text where it was cut out but when i uploaded it to my image hosting place instead of the cut out area being transparent with the text the cut out area it was white instead of transparent and it didn't look right.

oh basically i just started with a transparent background instead of white and then built a background with poly selection tool.

@Foomanchew24: When you delete stuff, make sure you see the checkerboard, that's when you know you've goten transparency. And don't forget to save as a gif.

does it work better as gif?? I usally save as Jpeg.

I liked the sandal hat sig, have you tried adding some blue to that red color? complementary colors look so good together.

Another sig, first try at a grunge type sig, made it for Pakman in the sig request section. Not sure if he will want it or not but I made it anyways.

put a border on it as suggested by r3n, thanks, looks much better now.

I think you should remove that shadow haku underneath .
and make the text more noticeable or just remove it.

I agree with jing on the text, maybe you could place it in the white swirl next to haku's knee. That way it is easier to see. I really like the background on it good job.
