I 100% agree with Ryll. Sig is excellent but the render is creepy. Although, for me it looks more like a doll from a horror movie that comes to life and murders everyone.....

After a couple of adjustment layers and appropriate sig dimensions, I have this. A ton of negative space on the right side though, and I'm not sure what I really want to put there. I'd have to redraw her elbow if I wanted to put them in the middle to balance it out.
The seam is still visible as well on closer inspection. I need a bit more mending there.
You can just clone part of her forearm to complete it. The picture should not extend to her elbow anyway, so it should be easy. I think placing them on the center is a good idea.
Peace.
I actually found the sig pretty intriguing. It's the first time I've seen her in 3D, and I like the result. Cheezy? Perhaps, but I don't find it a problem.
Individually, the sig and avatar look good, but together their style seems a bit too different. It's a fairly striking difference, but it's one I think I'll get used to over time.
If it's not Isuzu-chan Mii~
Indeed, i hate the signature because of the render but the avatar is first class
Thanks for the comments. I was actually going for a more realistic depiction of Asuka (for personal reasons), which is why I chose those two images.
Peace.
Sorry for the double post again. New Asuka sig, because almost everyone seemed to hate the 3d version.
Comments please! Obviously I listen to them LOL.
Peace.
Lol, that sig yells tsundere
Haha, I just find the second sig really really funny.
aka I like it.
If it's not Isuzu-chan Mii~
Thanks to Shinta for some inspiration.
Wiped the dust off photoshop, I've been abstinent for far too long.
Random Quickies. Be brutal, I wanna start up some work again. Lemme know whats lacking/overpowered.
scanlines get old.
bg+render+border+text = not a nice sig
that was brutal, and this probably will be too even though its not meant to be, be more creative.
I appreciate it actually, your right. I just reverted to the last semi-remembered style I had, which needs to change.
Drop the scan-lines on the next attempt, got it.
"bg+render+border+text = not a nice sig"
This I dont get. Isn't that what a signature is comprised of? Or were you saying they were just terrible in general.
Your absolutely right though, I coulda have made so much more with both those renders.
nah im not saying its all terrible... just that theres steps in between those that your sigs could deff use. like some foreground effects, something to help draw your eye towards the renders.
New sig and avatar said starring who is arguable the most deservingly popular character this season. Again, the new set is the one I am using.
Comments please!
Peace.
They're quite different from your other ones, and both play with contrasting colours that aren't all that natural to how they're portrayed in the anime.Originally Posted by shinta|hikari

As for the sig, I think the colours are a little funny. I'm not against the style, since the show itself is also animated by SHAFT, but I don't think the colours go well together. The dark hair and shadow across her face gives her a "nasty" sort of feel. Senjougahara was always teasing and rather mean, but nor "dark", which the sig seems to suggest.
The grey and orange don't match well neither.
I like the concept, but it didn't turn out quite right. I think it's due to the lack of vibrant colours that gives her the impression of a light-hearted teasing character. But, perhaps you were aiming for something different.

Changed the colour scheme. I really didn't care much for the previous colour either. I was just lost on what to use, so if you think vibrant looks better, it may very well be so.
It is my current, again.
Is it any better?
Peace.
