hmm, i noticed that more and more people are using grunge for their sigs (i meant it in a good way)
your akuma sig looks killer, the kakashi one looks awesome too
i might make a sig in the future, but i suck at backgrounds

lmao im sorry terra must of missed that lol. umm i dun use any special tricks lol just use render clouds abit and my own brushes and some other ppl made. i do the bg 1st then make a new layer with soft light then put my brushes on and just keep doing that till it looks alright lol. then i add the stock and mess around with the blending options or layer options to see what looks the best.

Okay, now after 600 years of working on this damn thing, Ive think I finally finished that stupid homo sig

Final product hopefully

All I think I need to do now is put a border around it and even though it may still look busy,but I think Ive toned it down a little.

@fox fire it looks okay nice and simple.

@Knives it still looks a bit crowded, try to change the opacity on some of the faces and such.

okay so heres a new ava which fits more to my sig, its still dark but got the same colors as the sig, what ya think?

you got each face as a seperate layer right? so on the menu with all the layers there are to buttons called opacity and fill, select the layer and click on the opacity button and a bar with an arrow will show then just change it to what you like, this is of course photoshop if you use anything else i cant help you.

wow, i just noticed how differently sigs look from my laptop than from my pc

in fact, i can even see PSJ's sig and avatar now!!

anyway, yeah one thing i always look out for is how something looks at different brightness settings. There are lots of different monitors out there and many many different levels of brightness, contrast, and the like. What might look good on your monitor could look like crap on another's. It sucks, but thats just something us cgi people have to deal with
