Make the bottom part go on top of Saber, and the top part under Saber. This should give it somewhat of a "pop out" effect.

What I did before blended into to background and crept up on the render.

Take the second one, but go all the way around with the border and erase the part on top of her head.

Good to see you are back in business, Lucifus. And with quite an impressive work.
After all the lashing BoC granted you, I'll just add some little opinions. The particular dome right under Saber's nose looks too big and aggressive to me. It also looks like Saber is sniffing it...
And also I'm not a great fan of the text design on the left. Nothing else wrong, but it looks strange when the first letters of the two words are blending so forcefully, yet the rest are totally opaque and white. And the D of Dreams seems to have slipped a bit far on the left from the rest of the word.
Will do 1st thing when I get home. Thanks for feedback. I'ma try to do a couple more sigs, cause I've been out of it for awhile.
Edit: hmmm....the background looks dark instead of blending in with the GW Background on the school comps... T-T
The result of boredom. I installed Adobe PS 7 onto my 2 Gig Flash drive and plugged it into a school computer. And heres the result of 20 minutes of boredom. xD
Unfortunatly I had no brushs or text so I just bsed it.

I love the vectors personally; the one in the left is sort of distracting though. Out of curiosity, did you make those yourself?

It was originally a brush set with 5 brushs shaped like leafs in her, but since it looked decent, I edited and made my own. Not very good with brushs. I originally started out practicing and using PS without the knowledge of brushs. xD
This was one of the few successful sigs I've made using brushs.

I like this V1 better. The colour balance plays better together, as in the V2 colour contrast seems over enhanced, producing too sharp and too plain red areas. Interesting sig also otherwise.
Just remember, Lucifus, that Not idly do the leaves of Lorien fall...

Hey I decided to finally try out Photoshop and this is what I produced for a sig for myself. I like Zinobi's but I would like to make on of my own. Here is my creation:

I made a newer version after looking at it to show more of his chin instead of hair... here it is....
I also decided to make an Avatar and such out of it so here are two versions of the avatar... Different text color in each.

Better than most first photoshop attempts I've seen. Nice judgement on the render placement. You could use some help on the text but don't we all. Renders far too base relief though.
Your tring to blend em and make the render and background compliment each other.
O, and always use the high quality stuff.
