If you mean in your post, then just click the little picture frame icon on the reply screen.

Do I link it to an URL? I tried and didn't work.
The pic is in my my pics folder.

Once you click the reply, the screen where you type in your post comes up. Above it is a little bar in which you'll see a picture frame... click it and follow the instructions.
