Interesting thought but I don't think so.. They don't have a second body inside them. The gates aren't a physical thing either, they're just points in the body that control the chakra flow. The demons inside Naruto and Gaara are essences of the beasts that were sealed, not a physical form [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

first of all, @ the post about jiraiya not being able to call gamabunta: there's a difference between summoning him, and controlling him. It would be pathetic for a sannin (especially one so obsessed with frogs) to not be able to summon the leader of the species they contracted with. Not to mention that gamabunta KNOWS jiraiya AND thought jiraiya summoned him in the canyon and put naruto on his head. This leads me to believe he's summoned him before.

as for the chidori being used more than 3 times.....
i believe they tried to make it clear in the last episode that those were his 2nd and 3rd times using the chidori against gaara. The time when he was pulling his hand out was either a continuation of the 1st one or just something flashy the animators felt like doin

mmmmmmmmm.... could be only 3 times. but 5 was totally wrong and i apologize for that. however im more inclined with four times as zaku explained it. as for the cursed seals acting as the 8 gates thing, i disagree. i still think its more of an amplification thing. if someone can tell me where they say otherwise, i'd gladly admit my wrong.

hrmm as to the whole cursed seal thing i always saw it as a transfer point it transfers snakemans power to sauske but it damages sauske at the same time kinda thing and since orichimaru is in a battle for his life when sauskes will broke wouldent that mean that orichimaru could drain sauskes power
and for the frog thing i believe that it wasent that he couldent he could easily summon him but not controll him

Ahhh... yes. That was a rather fun episode. I always love the stereotypical "pushing the limits" theme in animes. Sasuke's plight gives me my jollies. I'm guessing that Naruto will now unleash the power of the Demon Fox, and it will be monster versus monster. Sounds fun.

BTW, would anyone be so kind as to instruct me on how to get a cool icon for my author icon? I can only choose from the default set...
