yea, i liked how naruto saves sasuke's ass too....but i thought this episode wasn't action-packed enough. too much sasuke and not enough of naruto. I did like the whole psychology of it...the more you want to kill, the more powerful you are, but naruto doesn't want to kill at all, wonder how that's gonna work out.

This is my take on the cursed seal thing. I think Kakashi said back at the 2nd exam that the cursed seal extracts chakra from the user at a massive level. When Kakashi sealed it, if Sasuke fell to evil goals the seal on the cursed seal would break and the cursed seal would take over. Sasuke was reminded of Itachi which is his goal and will do anything to accomplish as an "avenger" so the seal on it broke. Once that happened the seal extracted chakra from his body to power the chidori but because it used all his chakra he couldn't move anymore.
Young Gaara was completely cute. And he'll be cuter. Ah yes.
And I can only say, I'M SO FRIGGIN HAPPY I'VE READ THE MANGA!!! The next episodes are so going to rock. They'll be great, great.
In fact, I think that starting now, the entire series get better for the most part. I can't wait!!

as much i hate saying that it the most likely thing to happen cause the animator like Sasuke so much (Those Bastard) While Naruto alway get the short end of the straw throughout the entire 75 episode he look heroic maybe 8-9 times and yet he not gonna be able to beat Gaara now, maybe weaken him cause he use alot of Kyubi Charka during the fight with Neji.
No, Kakashi said that the power of the seal depends on the will of the person with the seal on him, I don't recall him saying anything about Chakra consumption. If Sasuke decided to go the evil path, that seal would break and Orochimaru's power could be used as Sasuke's. There's no proof that the cursed seal uses Orochimaru's power either and if it did he would be able to move after that. My explanation makes more sense. I seem to remember somewhere that it says it forcibily extracts chakra from the user but I can't remember where it is. That also explains why Kakashi said that using the cursed seal might kill him right before he fights the guy in the 2nd exam.

Well it was good for a change, though they really need to get past the hokage fight. its dragging on, but i can't wait to watch naruto kick some ass.
Look at all the drool on Gaara's mug! He must be pretty hungry...... FOR PAIN. Studying Gaara is a good way to know how to act like a insane beserked killer. Reminds me of Beserk..... That is one damn good series.... Takling about drool has made me hungry.

Repetative flashbacks of things we have seen over and over are quite annoying in the longrun, but flashys of things we actually dont know about is nice, very nice if there is more Gaara flashys about how he came to be what he is. Its kinda called story.
It might be viewed as a filler if you look at it like an ep to bring Naruto to the spot. But I doubt that was the purpose of the episode. The purpose was to present the fact that Sasuke doesnt have even the remotest chance of winning ever!, and how he deals with it, and a bit about Gaara and his past.
To whoever who asked "Gaara just a Tad bit stronger?" I was sarcastic in the previous post there, offcourse Gaara is ALOT stronger than Sasuke atleast physically in that form, and if he transforms even more we just have to see, but I can imagine the power he can unleash if that happens.
Now I just hope for a nice fight Naruto - Gaara if they dont just snag Sasuke and leave. But that would suck, Im curious how Naruto will handle something like Gaara. Gaara has to be alot stronger (Physicaly) than Naruto is, but Naruto has his dumb wits that can cause som trouble. I hope Naruto looses [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Sorry im kind of late for this talk i shouldve been here before but the thing is i wasnt able to. well anyways yes thanks to Naruto's awesome little last second thing he got there to save sasukes cocky little ass. oh and i agree with the bad animation at the end. people may say what do i have on the people that drew it you know. and i do have nothing but look at some of the animation in the other episodes, they shouldnt have to draw crappy like they did this time, why not like the fight between oro and sasuke, or shika and temari, or even shino and kankuro. seriouslly they cna do better, and they left sooo many erors, not as much spelling errors this post im making has thought, thank god. well anyways anyone got anythin else to say about it. and hey did everyone else see it coming that the seal was going to be broken, and maybe he would be using it. You know what else bothered me how it was only stupid sasuke and gaara i love sasuke but ive had enough i want to see some Ibiki, or some Naruto he did make a little appearence thought, and some of kakashi and Gai. well anyways reply to what i said please
i dont know if the baki and genma fight is going to continue, i dont read the manga so im not spoiling or anything
its just that they havent shown one scene of that fight for soo long already
maybe they just want us to forget about that fight
and the title for the next episode seems like it is gonna be at night, that would be kinda weird if they went back to daylight with the baki vs genma fight again.
