I thought the sound 4 were jounin level, cuz they did fight the jounin before thegenin, and it's not that they were really weak, it's just that they didn't live up to the hype. Kiba should've been easily defeated (Naruto beat him with a fart.) Anyways, hard choice between Hinata and Sakura. Hinata has a more pathetic personality, dumb ho needs to stop mumbling like an idiot. Sakura is just annoying, but since she's weaker, I went with her
I would have to pick Sakura also. She's so helpless! Especially the second exam, why didn't she do anything? She only cares about sasuke, and all she does is cry cry cry.

Sakura shows at least the drive to improve in her internal monologues during the tournament part of the chuunin exam, and Hinata has definately got guts to stand so long in serious pain against Neji.
Ino, though, doesn't even seem to know her own teammates that well, and definately doesn't seem to care about improving.

But Sakura.... Sakura is smart when it comes to the understanding of chakara, ninjutsu and genjutsu, but she sucks in the taijutsu and like shikamaru oncesaid, she has no noteworthy jutsu's of her own. But with her understaning with everything, she would obviously make a very noteworthy doctor like Tsunade or liek Oni Roh said, a teacher.

hinata is probably the one of strongest out of the the girls, but she had ZERO chance against neji. hinata was already out of breath after throwing one gentle fist at neji. neji was toying with her weak ass and he could've finished her off in matter of seconds. i only think hinata is lame cuz she's such a shy, timid, coward-like loser. yeah, my definition of 'lame' doesn't apply to the thread topic but whatevers. :/

I have to disagree with whomever considers Hinata lame.
The fact that she is shy makes her lame???? Naruto is a loud mouth, and his tte ba yo can be really annoying... so what? That's a trait of his personality, just like Hinata's shyness.
Sasuke is a freaking conceived weakling, now *that* is lame.
Hinata is great. I think she did wonderfully, considering her family for starters...overcoming the fact she was raised by a bastard like her father is not an easy task, by any means. Not to mention her obnoxious cousin.
Hinata, was the *only* person able to acknoledge Naruto's worth, besides Iruka, and she was only a kid. That fact alone makes her wise and strong. She was the only one able to verbalize the real reason why Naruto was strong, basically, the samethat Jiraya would say, but way later on.
Everybody in that show has problems, and many of them are just downright psychos. Her only probs seems to be her lack of confidence in herself and low self-esteem. So what?
You people sound like Neji, with his very lame assed *destiny* speech...

Sasuke is totally lame. He can have the freaking sharigan and be the rookie of the year, but totally lacks common sense and feelings. Orochimaru is strong and has almost all the jutsus known to ninjas, but he just doesn't get that that's is *not* what makes a great ninja. And little Sasuke is going the same way.
Sakura's lack of jutsu wouldn't exactly bother me if her main ninpou wasn't the Sasukeeeee-kun-no-jutsu.
