Yes this has been done to death, but it looks like he's new to the series (guys don't get angry at him that much). We don't know where he got his sharingan, whether it be from a friend, or by circumstance or whatever. If you do a search, you'll end up with a variety of theories -- but alas no true answer. We'll learn about it soon enough.
