Dunno at what point to watch it though.. I'd say between two adventures?
I believe Dance Carnival was a short that could be seen at almost any time, even though it was intended to follow the second movie. You might want to watch it after epside 43 or so (the Arlong arc) since you'll have the appropriate characters at that time.
