rejected by tracker - Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker.

I'm using shadows client and i also tryed it w/ the burst bt client and i got the same error. why cant i download PMK 15, 16, and 18? pls help

the bt file names are as follows:

[AonE]_Peace_Maker_Kurogane_-_15_[D68B98B6].avi.torrent
