I believe the sharingan can "copy" the rasegan, however because Naruto doesn't use seals and Sasuke doesn't know the three steps involved in creating it (not to mention he lacks the raw chakra power), it would take Sasuke to create one. The rasegan involves a special control over chakra, and Sasuke cannot see the exact way Naruto manipulate Chakra.

Sasuke can't copy Rasengan cuz Kakashi was like how can that brat naruto do it? From this u can assume that kakashi cant do it either. And there is only 2 other person that can do rasengan the 4th hokage and jaraiya.

Jaraiya said that its is an extremely high lvl justu( and i think he also said one of the hardest 2 master). Orochimaru and Tsunade couldnt believe that he did rasengan.

Oh and btw same as Naruto cant do chidori Sasuke cant either do Rasengan. And last thing he actually did it in 1 week, compare 2 the 4th that took him 3years heh and thats only the 3 steps. there is 4 or 5 more steps left.

i doubt sasuke could copy the resengan with his sharingan but that doesn't mean he couldn't learn how to do it, just like naruto with work could learn how to do the chidori but i doubt kishimoto would work it out that way given that the two techniques kind of turned into signature moves for the two. But come to think of it i doubt sasuke could learn it in a matter of weaks like naruto [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img], he's just special [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

i also think after all this is over and jiraiya starts teaching naruto again, a lot of it is gonna be based off of what he learned while learning rasengan

i also agree that sasuke could copy the resangen but doing it he wouldnt be able to. its like when he copied lee's taijutsu he couldnt do it because he body didnt meet the requirements but after training he could proform them. however i doubt he will be able to do the resangen since now only 3 people are known to be able to do a ultra lvl A jutsu. kakashi did try to teach the choriki (sorry for spelling) to naruto when sasuke was talking to sakura when she thanked him for saving for. naruto just couldnt do it and that would also be why he wanted to stay so kakashi could teach him because he still couldnt do it. but you know naruto.

naruto can do everything cuz he is a main character. i hate how the main character is so lame.
