by the way, Sharingan 3y3 has been banned, for ignoring multiple requests of several mods to read the rules and in general being stupid.
Yeah he posted some really stupid threads which is common when you're a newbie, but he posted too many.

Vagabond and Lone wolf and cub are definitely my 2 choices as best mangas...
In my top ten i'd place naruto, hxh, shaman king, bleach, bremen and f.compo.

yes saruto there will be much more im sure but in japan they are currently on 27 i think and each whole volume is realesed every 6 months ............ so it will be a long wait [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
I'd recommend Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, or other works of Tanemura Arina.
But I guess Boy's wouldn't like it as much as I do(It is a Shoujo-manga after all...)

-Kiseiju: one of the very few mangas with an excellent ending.
Never seen this translated.
Not for young kids (grotesque).
Never heard or seen anybody that did not think this was great.
-Dragon Ball:no, I'm not talking about DBZ or GT or whatever.
-Berserk:u guys already know about this.
-Gantz:happy to see people starting to read/watch this.

i like naruto and...battle angel alita: lost order. you gotta love the gore.
I'm still yet to read Battle Angel Alita though I have the first two books waiting for me...the anime was ace and people generally seem to say that the anime is weak compared to the manga so I'm looking forward to reading it...
Some of the best manga I've read, I've read recently...Akira is probably still the best one that I'm currently reading (up to chapter 18 now I think) and also Demon City Hunter and .hack//legend of the twilight (or whatever its called) are really cool...but as I'm relatively new to buying manga in book form I'm coming across the frustration that goes with reading something knowing the next part isn't even out (at least it doesn't seem to be on amazon or in the comic shop)...I need Demon City Hunter to finish so I can go back and read Demon City Shinjuku (I bought DCH without knowing anything about it - it just sounded cool from the back of the book so I didn't know that was the first story)...
Damn having to wait for new stuff...good thing about Akira is that I have all of that already (thank god)...
