I GUARANTEE they won't cut out the Shino/Kankuro battle. Simply because they've shown Shino sneaking around, creating a mystery about him, making the viewer wonder what he's doing. It's a pretty major battle, they'll leave it in. Trust me.

Didn't really think they would cut it out, unless they got really lazy and decided that animating 100's of bugs for a long fight wasn't worth the effort and moola

Curious as to why they had Temari stop Sasuke instead of Kankuro though... can't see it being anything other than filler. Temari doesn't even put up a good fight. And unless a third character comes and gets Gara from Kankuro and I can't see Gara just passed out while Shino battles with Kankuro, leaves Temari as the person to catch up to Sasuke and Kankuro and carry away Gara. So that little fight scene was to... show us how weak Temari is?

Obviously you haven&#39;t read the manga so I would advise you to stay away from here.

Overall the episode was good. I guess they are gonna finish the hokage fight before they move on to naruto and gaara. At least thats what it seems like from the preview.

i doubt they&#39;ll cut the shino fight, my guess is temari catches back up to kankuro and gaara somehow, i don&#39;t exactly know how they are going to work that out.

but anyway, i wish these episodes came out faster, i have been deffinitly been eager to see them animate the naruto gaara battle, so i can&#39;t wait to see that.

also is it just me but in the manga when it was in that flashback of the 3rd and the 2 anbu meeting oro in that little room, it showed bodies of the missing shinobi from the village hanging off the wall, and in the anime they cut that out, it doesn&#39;t suprise me too much. Just wondering if anyone else picked up on that.

I think the point of having Temari attack Sasuke is to give a reason towards why she sat still later on (depleted chakra / stamina). Like a lot of people have said, she&#39;ll probably catch up to them so the Shino-Kankuro fight will occur.

That was an awesome episode in every sense of the word, direction, animation, music, flashbacks used well &amp; action. The new musical piece that plays when Sandaime talks about how Konoha is not just an organization almost made me sob&#33;

As for the 4ths students, it is one of the hottest topics around on who they are (despite Kakashi of course). The common idea is that the guy with a cigarette is Asuma &amp; the girl is the one who&#39;s grave Kakashi visits. (Obito)
