I know that William Hung guy. I go to UC Berkeley so he has been in a couple in my classes, and lately that retard has been in the newspapers and TV around here.

That guy is so incredibly stupid, I can&#39;t believe a serious company gave him &#036;25k. IT&#39;S SO DAMN SAD&#33;&#33;

He is a disgrace to UC Berkeley, to Asians and to humanity in general.
Please don&#39;t think people here at Berkeley are like that dumbass.

I don&#39;t much care for your generalization about americans i take it as flaming, and that the quickest route to finding yourself banned. The american court systems allow you to bring up charges but most of the cases you&#39;ve cited are either A. in the case of cigarettes company misrepresented by your statement or B. Some random frivilous lawsuit that was thrown out of the courts.

The original person to sue the Big tobacco companies had been smoking quite a lot, and during the time when those same companies had pushed movie stars and others to start smoking during the black and white era of television. They were not informed that the cigarettes were bad. They just saw them as a social habit. At the time there was little knowledge of cancer or carcinegeans. Where as now people are suing for damage done then. Do some research before you post some random tidbit of information that you heard somewhere.

The other Mcdonalds stuff is BS, but most people can throw a lawsuit at a big company and the company will settle out of court to avoid bad press which hurts them alot more than some meager few thousand dollars they throw at said person to quiet them.
