    how'd rock lee become a genin arent the academy students supposed to do Henge No Jutsu before they could become one? and they said he had no talent for ninjutsu or genjutsu

    the test to become a genin is bunshin no jutsu, no one knows how or why rock lee passed we just know he did, just leave it at that.
