I wasnt sure were to ask thing so I'll ask here. I was wondering if someone knew how to make animated gifs and if so could they do one for me. Its something small but iam not sure how to make one. I need it for a project for school,(An intro pic for a ppt slide) so if you can just tell me here and i'll PM you what i need.

I'd suggest to move it to test...
Ok here's my advice:
Take a program like gif animator
and you need all the images for the animation, for exemple if you want sasuke running with chidori:
You'll need at least 4 or 5 pics with different movement...
Then you put a time, loopback, etc on each picture...
If you need one tell me what you want and i'll try to make it.
well...you can do this...rip the stuff off the anime using virtual dub..and then use adobe imageready to animate it
