I doubt it would be called 1000 years of pain if it wasn&#39;t very painful. Not to mention, Naruto has had the crap beaten outta him many times yet he still responded to that technique quite painfully. It&#39;s far to risky to assume it&#39;s not painful and expose one&#39;s back door to the smelly fingers of Naruto.
